Warranty & ReturnsBarton2021-08-04T12:13:09+10:00 Warranty & returns We offer a 1 month money-back guarantee on all Nirvana Fitness items that are sold through our website, starting from the day you receive your items. You may return or exchange an unused item in new condition within 30 days of delivery. All items must include original packaging. Items that are used or damaged may be denied a refund or exchange. Customers will be responsible for return shipping only (An exchanged item shipping via freight will be subject to a return shipping cost). All customers outside of Australia will be responsible for shipping both ways. We offer additional warranties on certain items: Weights & Dumbbells: 10 Years warranty Any Barbell Warranty: 3 Years Commercial equipment Mainframe: 10 Years warranty Home gym grade Mainframe warranty: mainframes have a 5-year warranty (the frames of the racks, dumbbell handles, etc.) Cardio equipment: 1 Year for all parts, 3 Years for motor *Please note some individual items will have unique warranties. These will be listed in the product descriptions. Please note that our warranty policy will only cover items that have been used appropriately. Our warranty will not be valid on items that have been used in an improper manner or not how they are intended to be used. (eg. If you put weight more than maximum loading of the barbell/rack). Returns or refunds in a different situation DAMAGED IN TRANSIT: If you receive an item that appears to be damaged in transit, i.e the packaging is damaged, please communicate to the delivery driver that you refuse to accept the parcel. Once you have informed them of this, the courier company will return this item to us. In the meantime, you should contact us directly and we will organise a replacement item to be sent to you. Attention, if you accepted the parcel from couriers which means you accepted the package condition, it may make the claim harder. FAULTY EQUIPMENT: If you have received an item from Nirvana Fitness that you believe to be faulty, please directly reply to the invoice email. We will get back to you within 24 hours. If we’ve confirmed it’s a faulty item we will dispatch a replacement immediately and give you an return label so you can return the faulty product. WRONG ITEM DELIVERED: If you have been delivered the wrong item, or you are missing some items from your delivery, please directly reply to your invoice email with a photo, we will respond within 24 hours. YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR ITEM ANYMORE: If you are not satisfied with your item or do not need it any more we can still offer you a refund. However, it is the customer responsibility to return the product in good condition using the original packaging. The customer must pay for the return shipping. Please note that we recommend that you keep the original packaging of your item until you are satisfied with it. If you have used your item for a period of time and need maintenance, fill the form here CONTACT FORM and we will get back to you within 1 business day. Pre-order All pre-orders will have an ETA written on the title, however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs checks. If any pre-order is cancelled you may only be able to receive an 80% refund. If the ETA of your ordered product is delayed greater than 28 days, we can offer a full refund. Made to order Made to order product are not cancelable! Since the made to order are customized product just for you so once the production started we are not able to provide you with a refund.
