 These simple day to day movements can include pushing, pulling, jumping, throwing, standing, squatting

Exercises in these activities can greatly improve everyday life, as they simply train those movements do everyday. In turn, they can also increase mobility, balance, posture and they can greatly reduce the risk of injury from daily tasks

Even still, this type of fitness can be involved in HIIT workouts that shred calories and fat, while encouraging muscle and ligament strength
